On February 1, 2010, President Richard C. Levin gave an address titled “The Rise of Asia’s Universities” at the Royal Society in London in which he outlines recent developments in higher education in Asia and in particular China. In his speech, he shares his thoughts on the requisites of a world-class institution and the prospects for success for universities in Asia.
