Yale-China to Celebrate Teaching Program Centennial in 2010

Save the Date! Yale-China will celebrate the centennial of the Teaching Fellowship Program on October 2, 2010 at an event in New York City. We hope that all alumni of the program as well as all of our institutional partners, members, and friends will join us for this special night. More details will follow in the coming months.
Since 1909 Yale-China has been sending Yale graduates to teach English in China for two-year appointments. Yale-China Teaching Fellows immerse themselves in a Chinese community for two years, joining Chinese colleagues in the endeavor of educating members of the country's next generation and forming lifetime bonds of friendship.
