The Academic Nursing Leadership Development Program (Academic Nursing Program) contributes to the development of the academic nursing program at Central South University (CSU) School of Nursing with special emphasis on the development of its Ph.D. program in nursing.

Academic Nursing Training at Yale

Fellowship at Yale for Nursing Faculty and Students
The Academic Nursing Program includes exchanges between Central South University School of Nursing staff and faculty at the Yale School of Nursing. These exchanges provide opportunities for CSU nursing faculty and staff to spend time (either a semester or an academic year) at the Yale School of Nursing and biannual training workshops, or a series of workshops in Changsha that are conducted by faculty from Yale and other U.S. institutions.

Nursing Research Training in China

Nursing Research Workshop
Many workshops have been held in China focusing on nursing research. Past workshop topics include HIV/AIDS care and prevention, research and grant proposals, measurement issues, theory in qualitative research, qualitative data analysis, etc.
