The Yale-China Review is the newsletter of the Yale-China Association. Printed two to three times a year, it is distributed free of charge to our members to keep them up to date on our work and current developments in China.

INFECTION CONTROL MANUAL

This Chinese-language Infection Control Manual was produced by the Yale-China Association, in association with the Nursing Center of the Chinese Ministry of Health's Hospital Administration Institute in Beijing. The manual seeks to provide standard infection containment and prevention procedures to Chinese health care workers and has wide application in both health care and research settings. The manual is based on the English version developed by the Office of Environmental Health and Safety at Yale University, which gave Yale-China permission to translate and adapt the manual for Chinese use, and it has been distributed to hospitals throughout China.

YALE-CHINA HEALTH JOURNAL

The Yale-China Health Journal was created to keep the community of international health workers active or interested in China up to date on rapid developments in the field. The current issue focuses on internal migration and health in China.

CENTENNIAL HISTORY

The Yale-China Association: A Centennial History, by Nancy E. Chapman with Jessica C. Plumb, is an evocatively written and richly illustrated book that tells the story of Yale-China's first 100 years. With close to 300 photographs, the book is the product of extensive research from archived records and numerous first-hand interviews in both China and the U.S. It deserves a place on the bookshelf of every reader interested in the history—and future—of American interaction with China.

The centennial history is available for purchase directly from the Yale-China office and is $29.95 per copy plus shipping charges of $5.00 for the first book and $3.50 for each additional book.
